RETURNS POLICY

VERVEA Returns Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date that your purchase is received. Once received you have 14 days to return your item(s) to us.

To be eligible, your item(s) must be returned unworn, with tags still attached and with all original VERVEA packaging. Any items with excessive odour (smoke, perfume etc.) will not be accepted and returned to the customer’s original address.

To return an item, please email info@vervea.com with the following:

1. Reason for return
2. Your order number
3. The name on the order
4. The email that the order was placed with

Please note, it is important that your parcel is securely sealed so that it is returned undamaged and item(s) present.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is accepted or not. If accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
